Returns

Need to return an item?

As we approach the transition to PeopleSoft (February 8th, 2021) please check back for updates to purchasing procedures.

Please include the following:

•  Vendor name, address, and phone number
•  Quantity of items being returned
•  Appropriate item description
•  Reason for the return

Once the form is complete, both the form and product(s) to be returned need to be forwarded to the Mailroom.

Please contact Purchasing with any questions regarding completing and submitting your Return of Merchandise form.
