What is the difference between a Professional Service Agreement and a Client Service Agreement?

• Professional services are professional or technical services provided by a consultant to accomplish a specific study, project, task, or other work statement.
• Client services are professional and technical services provided directly to Highline’s students.  E.G. Models for drawing classes, guest speakers, or entertainers.
