Centrally located on the second floor of Building 8, Highline Student Union (HSU), The Fireside Bistro is your destination for specialty beverages, espresso and grab-and-go snacks.
Featuring:
- Freshly brewed Espresso drinks from Caffe D’arte, Italian sodas (w/ Energy Drink), teas, and lemonades handcrafted by Highline College’s student staff baristas.
- Grab-and-Go meal options from Alki Bakery include salads, sandwiches, wraps, snack trays, assorted pastries, freshly baked weekly special pizza, and hot soup.

Friday: 8:30a.m. – 1:30p.m.
