Our department receives funds and processes refunds related to student accounts, other departments, and customer accounts. We also issue receipts for payments received by cash, check, or credit card. View tuition payment options.

* As of March 23, 2020 through present, Highline College has moved to remote operations due to COVID-19. Cashier office will respond to your email and phone message as quickly as possible. Please note:

  • Highline Cashiers require your student ID number, and a picture ID (Highline photo ID or Government issued ID)
  • Due to FERPA, when emailing the Cashier’s Office, use your Highline student email to receive detailed information about your student account balance. (Setup your student email by activating your MyHighline Account.)

Payment methods accepted for campus closure due to COVID- 19

  •  Online payments:

    You can make a payment via online using a Visa, MasterCard or Discover at https://secure.highline.edu/wts/wccba/waci600.html

  • Online Payment Plan:

    Highline College offers a third party online payment plan with Nelnet.

    If you are interested please visit our webpage: https://adminservices.highline.edu/finance/tuition-payment-options/ for more information and deadline about setting up the payment plan.

  • 3rd Party Voucher:

    If paying with a 3rd party voucher (SEIU, BOEING, DSHS/DVR etc) please email your voucher to dsevere@highline.edu for processing.

  • Check:

    If you would like to pay with a check or money order, please mail your check to:

  • You could also purchase pre-paid visa/master cards from the grocery store and use those to pay online. Our system only takes payment in full, so please reach out to cashier@highline.edu for help with this option.
