Catering Order Process for Internal Groups

Submit Prior Approval Form: Start by submitting a Prior Approval Form to the Budget Department for approval. This is required before placing any catering orders.

Place the Order: Once the Prior Approval Form is approved, submit your catering order to the Conference & Event Services team.
- Important: Please ensure that the order is submitted at least 15 days prior to the event date to allow sufficient time for processing. Orders submitted after this timeframe cannot be guaranteed.

A Prior Approval Form must be completed and submitted 10 business days prior to the event date. Catering orders without a submitted Prior Approval Form will not be processed.
