What We Do:

  • Facility Tour: We’ll give you a walkthrough of the venue, showcasing available spaces and supplies.
  • Contract & Logistics Management: We handle all contracts, payment processes, and event logistics.
  • On-Site Staff: We’ll assign a dedicated staff member to assist throughout the duration of your event.
  • Event Setup: Tables and chairs will be provided in every facility for your event needs.
  • Support & Troubleshooting: Our team will be available to assist with any questions and troubleshoot issues as they arise during your event.
  • Clean-Up & Inspection: We’ll guide you through the clean-up process and inspect the building before you leave.
  • Parking Management: Our team will monitor the parking lot to ensure that all vehicles are parked legally.
  • Alcohol Policy: Alcohol is permitted only at events with the proper permits, and must remain within the facility at all times. No alcohol is allowed outside the buildings.

You Should Expect To:

  • Arrival Time: Please arrive at your scheduled start time. Early drop-offs or setup are not permitted.
  • Event Setup: We will set up tables, chairs, and any other supplies requested for your event. If additional tables or chairs are needed beyond your original request,  you will be responsible for setting them up on the day of your event.
  • Supplies: You are responsible for bringing your own extension cords, tape, and ladders as we do not provide these items.
  • Food Storage & Preparation: As there is no kitchen access, you or your choice of caterer will need to provide all necessary items for food storage, service, and preparation.
  • Rental Inspection: You’ll be required to complete a Rental Inspection Checklist with the Facility Attendant  after the event.
  • End Time: Please ensure all guests and personal items are removed by your contracted end time.
